Las Vegas Custom Shirts decorates apparel three ways: screen printing for bulk runs, embroidery for uniforms and headwear, and DTF transfers for full-color or short-run work. Minimums start at 24 pieces for printing and embroidery, 12 for DTF. Most orders ship in 10 to 12 business days.
Screen printing is the best fit for bulk orders of 24 pieces or more with one to eight colors — team apparel, retail runs, and giveaways. Our in-house ink mixing keeps your colors consistent across the whole run. Send vector art or 300 dpi artwork at print size.
Choose embroidery for polos, hats, jackets, and bags that get worked in. Stitched logos outlast any printed method in the wash, which is why embroidery is standard for staff uniforms and gym apparel. Minimum is 24 pieces, and new logos need 1 to 2 business days of digitizing first.
DTF transfers win when your design has a lot of colors or your run is small. There is no per-color setup fee, so photo-detail artwork and gradients cost the same as a one-color design. Minimum is 12 pieces. Send a transparent PNG at 300 dpi or vector art.

It usually takes 1-2 business days to properly digitize a logo and get it ready for production.
Most jobs are ready in 10-12 business days from approved art. Rush options are available - ask when you request your quote.
Vector art is ideal for screen printing and embroidery. For DTF transfers, send a transparent PNG at 300 dpi. We will do our best to work with whatever you provide.
